one of our SSI Career Managers for the possibility of a general fit, we will immediately send you our SSI
Career Management Q&A to help us and our clients get to know you
better.
- Step 2) Take some uninterrupted time to review the Q&A
and provide thoughtful, detailed responses. By putting your thoughts
and feelings about your career into words, you will begin to
understand the SSI Career Management Strategy and begin to formulate
your priorities around your next career move. Send or fax the file back to us when you are finished.
- Step 3) When we have reviewed your answers and see how we can best work together, the appropriate SSI Career
Manager will call you to set up a phone interview. At
this time we will further discuss your ideal career path,
professional and technical priorities, timing, travel, and
compensation issues, as well as relocation and visa status if
necessary, etc.
- Together we will agree upon and submit your resume and additional
documentation to a short list of clients. This will notify them of
your availability and give us the opportunity to inquire into what
is possible for you and your next career move.
- Next, we review with you the status of our inquiries and set up
phone and/or face-to-face inteviews with our clients. This may
require multiple interviews with a variety of professionals; we
coach you on who these these people are, what they do, and what they
care about. We also provide you with our SSI Interview Strategy
that will give you a strong methodology for interviewing well.
- Feedback is critical to your career success. You can count
on feedback from our clients—good, bad, or ugly…
- Offers are invitations to play, and it’s always great to choose
from more than one. We coach you through the offer stage, getting
you the best opportunity for professional and technical growth and
the right amount of compensation.
- Resigning from your current employer is never easy. We support you
with the appropriate strategy, and we are there for you in case of
